For a very reasonable monthly fee, we can take care of this process, while you can focus on running your business, generating revenue, connecting with your customers, clients or patients and managing your team.
We charge a one time fee of 10% of the candidate's first year salary. We also include a 90 day guarantee period, meaning if the candidate voluntarily leaves or is terminated within the first 90 days of the start date, we will backfill the position at no additional charge.
We are on the phone, making calls and networking with professionals to directly recruit and to generate leads. We use online tools such as LinkedIn, Careerbuilder and Indeed to source potential candidates.
We interview candidates to determine if they are viable match for your opening. We present only our top candidates to you for review. We then schedule the interviews for you based on your availability.
We prepare our candidates and hiring managers for one another before the interview, so both sides know what to expect. We debrief afterwards, to discuss and to provide feedback.
We conduct reference checks to validate the candidate's skills, accomplishments, work ethic and character.
We take on the upper 2/3 of the funnel in your hiring process and leave just the interviewing and decision making to you. This way, you focus on running and growing your business. Without a dedicated recruiter on your staff or an HR professional focused on more than just hiring, we provide you with whatever level of support you need from us. Our pricing would be a flat monthly fee. We will work with you to make it cost effective!!
We will filter out the good resumes from those that do not match the position.
We will phone screen the candidates, by asking specific questions that you request.
We will pass the top candidates' resumes and phone screen notes on to you for review, then assist you in scheduling interviews.
